Terms & Conditions (Additional Terms)

All goods are sold subject to the standard Terms & Conditions of Midlands Cash & Carry Ltd.

1. Definitions

  • “The Company” refers to Midlands Cash & Carry Ltd
  • “The Customer” refers to any individual, business, or organisation placing an order
  • “The Goods” refers to all products supplied by the Company

2. Payment

  • Payment is required upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders if payment is not received on time
  • A £50 administration fee will be charged for any returned or failed payments

3. Retention of Title

  • All goods remain the property of the Company until paid in full
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Reclaim goods
    • Enter premises to recover unpaid goods if necessary

4. Delivery

  • Free delivery may be available based on minimum order value
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on your location
  • Minimum order values and delivery terms may change at any time

5. Pricing

  • Prices shown are correct at the time of publication
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • Goods will be charged at the price at the time of order

VAT:

  • Standard VAT applies to most products
  • Reduced (5%) or zero rates apply to certain items (e.g. nappies, some food items)

All products are subject to Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE)

6. Returns Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for defective goods in original condition
  • Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:
    • Food & beverages
    • Toiletries
    • Health & beauty products
    • Smoking-related products
  • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation may incur a
    £90 restocking fee

8. Claims

  • Claims for:
    • Missing items
    • Damaged goods
    • Delivery issues

Must be reported within 24 hours with:

  • Photos or videos
  • Delivery note marke
